We would like to invite you to attend our Wedding Fayre on Sunday 15th March 2020!
Come and join us from 10:30am through to 3:30pm when you can view the building and find out more about our packages, visit stands and think of ideas for your special day. With a pop up cafe on site to offer refreshments while you browse, there will be lots of time to relax and enjoy Boston Guildhall as you think about your special day. We will be available to answer any of your questions.
All of the businesses standing at this event will be shared on our Facebook page Boston Guildhall Weddings and on our website so please keep taking a peep at who will be with us. If you are a business and would like to join us at this event please contact email@example.com for an application form.
Your day is truly unique to you and if you are looking for something extra special, Boston Guildhall may be the perfect venue for your wedding ceremony. As a licenced venue this beautiful medieval building, with Grade I listed status, offers an historic backdrop that cannot be matched.
Our medieval Beadsman’s Lane leads you and your guests into the building and towards a majestic staircase leading you upstairs to the wonderful Banqueting Hall, with it’s vaulted ceiling and stained glass window. Whether you wish to add decoration or enjoy the historic panelled walls and bay windows, this bright and airy space can be yours to create your own bespoke package.
We can accommodate both small and larger wedding parties of up to 100 guests and welcome enquiries and viewings and the opportunity to discuss your day further with you. With exclusive access to the entire building, we will look to tailor your booking to create your perfect wedding ceremony setting.
Should you wish to share a drinks reception or perhaps your wedding breakfast with your guests, we can also accommodate and create bespoke packages to make your time with us even more unique. With Fydell House gardens linked to our venue through a ‘secret garden door’, the outdoor space might be another option you wish to include within your booking.
Boston Guildhall is a truly historic building with a wealth of history and stories and is also the town museum; with objects from the collections on display making this venue a really unique setting.
We are available for weekday and weekend weddings or civil ceremonies. Your photographs can be taken throughout the building, including the cells, to capture the romance of the building and your memories of your day.
If you would like to visit us for an informal chat and to view Boston Guildhall in consideration as a venue for your special day please do contact us. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your day with you as you consider possible wedding or civil ceremony venues.
Find us on Facebook – @Boston Guildhall Weddings – to read reviews, see photographs and find out snippets of history and tradition that surround weddings and ceremonies.
Museum, Events and Venue Officer
When considering a wedding ceremony one of the first things you decide upon is a venue. It does not matter whether you live in the county where you wish for the ceremony to take place but once your venue is selected you will also need to provisionally book the Registration Officers. In Lincolnshire the Registrars can be booked up to two years in advance and are able to guide you through the formalities.

Our Banqueting Hall can be decorated in so many ways and one thing we have noticed is that no two weddings are ever the same – here are just some images of celebrations that have been held in the beautiful Banqueting Hall….
