More views are sought on proposed changes to the NHS.
Last week saw the launch of the “healthy Conversation” with the public – seeking views on proposed changes which could affect the Pilgrim Hospital.
Now the NHS wants to engage with the public over implementation of its “Long Term Plan”.
The proposals are based on what has already been heard from patients, clinicians, NHS leaders and partner organisations, as well as national professional and representative bodies. The eight groups of proposals are for changes to legislation to make it easier and quicker for NHS organisations to work collectively and to solve specific practical problems that the NHS faces and avoid creating operational distraction.
Feedback will be shared between NHS bodies, the Parliamentary Health and Social Care Select Committee and the Department of Health and Social Care to further develop ideas. Personal data will not be shared.
You can take part up to April 25 and ensure your voice is heard by completing the short survey which is available online at: https://www.engage.england.nhs.uk/survey/nhs-long-term-plan-legislation/.
