The way our Customer Services Team is working is changing

Boston Borough Council are re-opening the Municipal Buildings on West Street, to the public on Monday 28th March.

For the immediate future we shall be continuing to adhere to additional safeguarding measures for the safety of both our staff and customers. We ask that you wear a face mask upon entry, use hand sanitiser and maintain social distancing wherever possible.

Volumes of people in the reception area will also be closely monitored and restricted.

Please remember you will be able to get access to services quicker and easier online. Services via our council building will be prioritised to our most vulnerable customers.

To avoid excessive queue times, we encourage the continued use of alternative access channels such as our website or over the telephone in the first instance.

Should a face-to-face visit be necessary, our reception will be open:

  • Monday to Thursday – 8.45am to 5.15pm
  • Friday – 8.45am to 4.45pm

If your enquiry is specific to Council Tax or Benefits, please call us if you can, or visit one of our drop-in clinics as below:

  • Every Wednesday between 1pm and 4pm
  • Every Friday between 9am and 12noon.
